About Us

We are a cybersecurity consultant and a data scientist working together to help other busy professionals grow their wealth through real estate. We are primarily operators – while we work with various trusted partners throughout the country, we manage all of our own assets in Ohio.

We leverage our experiences in corporate America to treat real estate investing like a true business. We actively communicate with our passive investors and our goal is to give our tenants (the customers) the best possible product we can in the form of safe, modern, clean housing.

We are both big foodies and share a love of great food and wine. Jay enjoys travel photography and reading during his spare time while Jason keeps his mind active with any game (poker, Sudoku, Candy Crush) he can get his hands on.

Founder of Compounding Capital Group (CCG) and has successfully stabilized and repositioned various apartments in Cincinnati MSA.
